Mark Broaddus focuses on assisting families and institutions in planning for resolving issues relating to death, dying and disability. His practice is concentrated in estate and trust administration with emphasis on litigation. Mark has extensive experience in contested guardianships for minors and adults, estate litigation and mental health proceedings. He counsels individuals and families on a wide range of family law matters from adoptions to elderlaw issues.
Mark served as chair for the firm's marketing committee from 2008 to 2009 and now serves on the recruitment committee.
