Andrew Glubisz is a banking attorney who concentrates his practice in the representation of middle market lenders. He has extensive experience representing borrowers, and draws on this experience when advising lenders on a variety of transactional matters, including workouts, forbearance agreements and loan modifications.
Andrew works closely with his clients, helping them avoid litigation whenever possible. He also has a wealth of experience in the real estate industry, including but not limited to contract review, due diligence work, drafting of purchase agreements and negotiations.
As a proud and active member of Chicago's Ukrainian-American community, Andrew makes a conscious effort to bring the influences of his heritage to work with him on a daily basis. He brings old-world values of hard work, openness and accountability to his 21st century legal practice, placing a premium on the development of strong and long-lasting working relationships with his clients.
