John Adams, whose clients include individuals and closely held businesses, is a business attorney practicing in the areas of federal and state taxation, estate planning, estate and trust administration, and general corporate law. He has extensive experience in preparation and review of federal and state estate tax returns and is successful in negotiating favorable settlements with the IRS.

John is a certified public accountant with a master of laws degree in taxation from DePaul University, and he previously worked as a tax consultant with Price Waterhouse. John served Chuhak & Tecson for a year as a member of the firm's professional education committee and currently chairs the recruitment committee.
