Sara Anaszewicz is an associate in the estates and trusts practice group, concentrating in estate and trust administration with an emphasis on litigation. She handles the full administration of decedents’ and guardianship estates, both adult disabled and minor’s estates, and her litigation experience includes will contests, recovery of assets, disputed accountings and contested guardianships.
Sara also provides estate planning services, including simple and complex wills, living trusts, powers of attorney and irrevocable life insurance trusts.
She has served on the firm's professional education committee since 2010.
