Kimberly Boike is a business attorney whose practice includes general business and corporate law. She concentrates on transactions involving closely held entities and is involved in all aspects of business planning, including business formation, ownership structure, succession planning, and contract negotiation and preparation. Additionally, Kimberly works closely on healthcare matters concerning Medicare and Medicaid, fraud and abuse, prohibited referrals, practice structuring and other legal issues impacting physicians.
Kimberly has served on the firm's recruitment committee and associate/paralegal oversight committee. Since 2010, she has been a member of the firm's marketing committee.
