Meredith Casper is a litigator who represents doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals in professional liability and business disputes. She regularly counsels companies and their officers in litigation that includes breach of contract, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, breaches of fiduciary duty, and tortious interference with contractual relations. Meredith also represents contractors and lenders in mechanics lien disputes.
Meredith was a member of Chuhak & Tecson's litigation committee from 2009 to 2010. She currently serves on the firm's associate/paralegal oversight committee.
