Joshua Hyman is a Principal with Chuhak & Tecson and co-chairs the secured lending and creditors' rights practices for the firm.
For more than 20 years Josh has provided banks and commercial finance companies, including both national institutions and locally based lenders, with results-oriented, efficient and highly responsive representation in a broad range of matters, including structuring loan transactions, negotiating, and drafting loan and collateral documents. He also advises lenders and other secured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, workouts and other creditors' rights matters, as well as representing them in lender liability suits.
Josh has been actively involved in mentoring Chuhak & Tecson’s associates. He served as chair of the associate liaison committee and developed the associate marketing initiative, assisting associates with devising and implementing their marketing plans and strategies. He has also been a firm leader in developing a partner marketing initiative. Josh has served on the firm's compensation committee and is currently a member of the management committee.
Josh was previously a shareholder with the firm of Fumagalli, Tecson & Hyman, Ltd.
