Patrick Riley's practice includes commercial litigation, products liability litigation and insurance related matters with a focus on aviation.
He represents clients of the firm, including aircraft manufacturers, aircraft component manufacturers and transportation companies, in commercial litigation as well as domestic and international regulatory matters.
Patrick also defends individuals, including aircraft owners and pilots, in Federal Aviation Administration regulatory enforcement actions.
In addition, he advises clients on the acquisition and ownership of corporate and personal aircraft, including related tax, insurance and regulatory issues.
A pilot himself, Patrick holds a commercial pilot certificate with an instrument rating.
