Alan Ronson, a Principal at Chuhak & Tecson, is a litigator focused on defense of medical malpractice, professional liability and personal injury litigation.

He represents clients in commercial matters, plus physicians, hospitals and mental health professionals. He also serves as defense counsel for the policy holders of several major health insurance carriers in personal injury and products liability litigation.

In addition to his experience with jury trials, bench trials, mediations and arbitrations, Alan has extensive appeals experience in both state and federal forums. He chaired Chuhak & Tecson's litigation committee for several years before being appointed chair of the associate/paralegal oversight committee. Alan currently serves as a member of the firm's management committee.
