Jacquelyn Vengal is a litigation attorney whose practice involves civil and commercial matters in both state and federal courts.
She represents a variety of secured and unsecured lenders in consensual and non-consensual workouts, bankruptcy, commercial foreclosures, construction lien disputes, UCC matters and other banking or creditors rights-related litigation. She also has considerable experience defending claims against lenders in connection with lender liability matters and other claims brought by borrowers against financial institutions. Her clients include national and state chartered banks, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and other national and local institutional lenders and finance companies.
Jacquelyn has handled more than 100 arbitrations and bench trials in addition to her experience serving as second chair at jury trial.
She has served on the firm's professional education committee and is currently a member of the associate/paralegal oversight committee.
