His clients include family-owned and closely held businesses as well as midsized companies, and he advises them in virtually all business or finance matters, from their formation and business structure to their readiness to become public companies, and everything in between. In his estate-planning practice, Mitch handles matters ranging from the simple to the complex, counseling clients in all stages of their lives, from people just beginning their families to those in their twilight years and from those with limited assets to high net worth individuals. Mitch offers his clients a full range of estate-planning services, from the drafting of simple wills to complex trust agreements and advanced wealth-preservation plans. Mitch is a frequent lecturer, having spoken at seminars sponsored by CPA societies in several states, including the Illinois CPA Society, as well as having lectured at the annual American Institute of Certified Public Accountants federal tax conference in Washington, D.C.
