Anne Wolniakowski is a business attorney whose practice includes general business and corporate law.

She concentrates on transactions involving closely held entities and is involved in all aspects of business planning, including business formation, ownership structure, succession planning, and contract negotiation and preparation. She also has experience in the formation and representation of nonprofit organizations, estate planning and general real estate matters.

In addition, Anne has extensive experience in structuring loan transactions, negotiating, and drafting loan and collateral documents, including assisting both lenders and borrowers in workouts and forbearance arrangements.

She has previously served as chair of the firm's recruitment committee and currently chairs the quality committee.
