Amy Grace is a litigation associate whose practice involves both civil and commercial matters. She represents a variety of secured and unsecured lenders in workouts, commercial foreclosures, UCC matters and other banking or creditors' rights-related litigation.
Amy gained invaluable business operations, banking and real estate experience while working in-house as a managing attorney for a prominent title company and also as corporate counsel for a large real estate tax buyer prior to joining Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. She also has hands-on litigation experience that she gained while representing banks at a large creditors’ rights firm for several years.
Amy is the author of “Alternative Statutory and Non-statutory Remedies,” Mortgage Foreclosure, published by the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education, 2010.
