Adam Moreland concentrates his practice on the representation of financial institutions, both in transactional and litigation matters.

Adam has extensive experience in structuring real estate and asset-based loan transactions, as well as negotiating and drafting loan and collateral documents. He advises lenders and other secured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, workouts and other creditors' rights matters, as well as representing them in lender liability suits. Adam also represents financial institutions in the sale and purchase of real estate.

In addition, Adam counsels small businesses and individuals regarding litigation, the purchase and sale of assets and real estate, franchising, leasing and other contract matters.
