Eileen Sethna, a principal at Chuhak & Tecson, concentrates her practice in commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters, with an emphasis on business reorganizations, creditor's rights and individual insolvencies. Eileen acts as a trusted adviser to banks who rely on her wealth of knowledge and extensive experience within the banking industry.

Eileen is a seasoned trial lawyer before both judges and juries. She has advised and represented various parties such as debtors, trustees, secured creditors and unsecured creditors in both the transactional and litigation aspects of bankruptcy, workout and reorganization.

Eileen also has an extensive background in complex litigation concerning commercial business disputes involving contract, security agreements, mechanic's liens and foreclosures in both state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate level.

Eileen worked as a law clerk for the Cook County State's Attorney's Office in Child Support Enforcement and the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Illinois. A graduate of The John Marshall Law School, Eileen acts as an alumna panelist for their Herzog Moot Court Competition.
