Contracts, license and easement agreements

With more than three decades of experience representing Associations on all facets of contracts and real estate matters, we can advise the Board and its managing agent on contract provisions and construction contracts. We also have experience in real estate agreements dealing with easements and licenses impacting the use and enjoyment of common areas. Attorneys in our group review and draft contracts that protect Associations from claims brought by contractors or vendors and limit the Association's insurance exposure.
