To Adrienne Woods, the areas of bankruptcy and debtor/creditor rights require a client-specific approach to establish the most appropriate solution for each client. She focuses on understanding client goals and expectations through all phases of the bankruptcy process to create a realistic and effective strategy to address each of their needs.
Adrienne’s wealth of active consumer and business bankruptcy knowledge spans more than a decade. Her passion for bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law began in law school, after which she was selected for a prestigious judicial clerkship at the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York under the guidance of the Hon. Alan L. Gropper. Since her clerkship, Adrienne's experience has included representation of creditors' committees; individual creditors; third-party asset purchasers; business and consumer bankruptcy debtors; and complex loan restructurings in and outside of bankruptcy court.
Adrienne is a fierce advocate for creditors and debtors alike, applying thoughtful and innovative solutions in order to achieve optimal results both inside and outside of the courtroom, often through settlement and compromise to avoid costly litigation.
In her free time, Adrienne enjoys running and time in the park with her dog, Jack.
