Mollie Krupp helps solve problems, especially where clients are dealing with medical and death issues. Her desire to ensure that a client’s experience can be as smooth and efficient as possible is what drew her to focus her practice in probate, guardianship and estate planning.
Mollie is experienced in administering decedent and guardianship estates, including opening and closing estates, accountings, and working through creditor and asset issues. Additionally, she develops simple and complex wills, living trusts, powers of attorney and irrevocable life insurance trusts.
Prior to joining Chuhak & Tecson, Mollie served as a legal extern for Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and the Chicago Transit Authority, opportunities where she gained practical, hands-on experience in a variety of practice areas. She takes particular pride working in the Juvenile Justice Clinic of Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, focusing on low income children facing serious charges. Visiting with child clients to discuss with them their fears, and helping them find ways to overcome their worries about the court process, was the most meaningful part of her experience.
To ensure her clients receive exceptional legal representation, Mollie stays up-to-date with new laws and regulations by regularly attending seminars, lectures and events centered on probate, guardianship and estate planning.
Mollie earned her J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Legal Studies.
Outside of work, Mollie enjoys being a tourist in her own city, especially experiencing new restaurants with her fiancé. She also likes spending quality time with friends and family.
