Deborah Dayan earns her clients’ trust and confidence by tactfully navigating the sensitive family dynamics involved when executing complicated wealth transfers to children and grandchildren. Her legal practice focuses on providing estate planning services tailored to meet her clients' individual needs and long-term goals. As a result of her personable, respectful and collaborative approach, Deborah develops meaningful and productive client relationships, many of which have spanned for multiple years.
Delivering peace of mind to her clients during the preparation and execution of estate planning documents is what Deborah finds the most rewarding in the practice of law. Her extensive experience also includes implementing wealth preservation strategies using tools such as family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, shareholder and operating agreements as well as beneficiary designations.
Deborah earned her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and subsequently obtained a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from Northwestern University School of Law.
In her personal time, Deborah is committed to community service and delights in spending time with her family, cooking and traveling.
