Aaron focuses his practice on developing comprehensive estate plans and counseling clients with probate matters, providing them with as much peace of mind as possible in the event the unthinkable happens. Understanding that everyone wants their hard earned money to pass to their loved ones rather than the government, he frequently implements new approaches to structure single or multiple trusts within an estate plan to substantially minimize the estate’s tax obligations.
A strong proponent of keeping up to date on the latest developments in estate planning, Aaron actively participates in webinars and events, particularly those that cover new tax law trends that may impact his clients’ financial planning efforts. He also greatly appreciates the wealth of knowledge and collaborative atmosphere afforded to him by his fellow Chuhak & Tecson attorneys. At the firm, Aaron is a member of the Professional Education Committee.
When he is not focusing on his burgeoning legal career, Aaron likes exploring the Chicago food scene and is an avid fan of both the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Bears. In addition to spending quality time with his family and friends, he enjoys training his new Golden Retriever mix puppy.
