He utilizes a personal, dedicated approach to client service through analyzing complex issues and distilling them down to easily understandable terms that his clients appreciate and need in order to effectively execute deals and ongoing negotiations.
Licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin, Connor focuses his practice on assisting businesses of all sizes with a wide variety of matters, including entity formation, contract drafting and negotiations, and the sale and acquisition of businesses. He also has experience in the real estate sector, drafting and advising clients on leases and sale and purchase agreements for both residential and commercial properties.
Connor is a frequent, active participant in continuing legal education events, which inspires him to research and write articles on legal topics to be more attuned to developments in the law that may directly or indirectly affect his clients. He also builds his practice on being as responsive as possible and encourages clients to approach him with any questions in order to alleviate any concerns they may have.
When he is not in the office, Connor enjoys spending time with his wife exploring Chicago, finding new restaurants to try, and attending local concerts and sporting events.
