Stacey Bromberg's practice concentrates on probate, guardianship and estate planning issues.
She has spent her career assisting families and financial institutions in the administration of estates for decedents, adult disabled individuals and minors. She works very closely with families to make sure the needs of disabled individuals are met and that their estates are preserved for their future needs.
Stacey has also been involved in numerous contested guardianship matters. She assists executors and administrators in all facets of estate administration and, if necessary, litigation, from opening estates and transferring assets to litigating claims, citations and will and trust contests.
Stacey has been appointed by judges in Lake County as a Guardian Ad Litem to assist in matters relating to the adjudication of adult disabled individuals.
Stacey has chaired Chuhak & Tecson's Associate/Paralegal Oversight and Professional Education Committees, served on the Recruitment and Quality Committees and currently serves as an Ombudsman.
