Chuhak & Tecson Principal Kevin Coyne joins panel of top real estate attorneys to discuss the effect of COVID-19 on contracts

Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. principal and Naperville councilman, Kevin Coyne, will be a panelist in an upcoming Illinois REjournal presentation as part of its free “Breaking Through the Disruption” webinar series, from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 8. The program, titled “Force majeure: the effect of COVID-19 on contracts,” will cover several topics affecting brokers, investors, developers and other commercial real estate (CRE) professionals, including changing legal issues for CRE in 2020, COVID-19’s implications on contracts, how business insurance can offer needed protection, and challenges faced by landlords and tenants.
