Corporate Paralegal

Chuhak & Tecson, P.C., a midsized Chicago law firm, is looking for a talented corporate paralegal with at least three years of experience, a B.A. in a related field and/or paralegal certification to join our team! The ideal candidate will work alongside our attorneys on corporate and transactional matters, including preparing documents required to form, maintain, amend and dissolve for-profit and not-for-profit corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. Responsibilities include all aspects of corporate governance such as: drafting and filing, annual reports, bylaws, stock certificates, resolutions, minutes, transaction minutes, necessary UCC documents, and LP, shareholder and operating agreements.

The paralegal must have: outstanding organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects; an understanding of the necessity for accuracy in this practice area as demonstrated by the highest attention of detail; and strong interpersonal skills enabling cohesive and productive teamwork with different practice personnel at all levels and clients.
