On Thursday, Feb. 25 from 8 to 10 a.m. Jeralyn Baran, principal and leader of Chuhak & Tecson, P.C.’s Employment practice group will serve as moderator for a webinar hosted by the Technology & Manufacturing Association (TMA). The panel discussions will focus on the issues and concerns companies have endured during the pandemic. Baran practices in the areas of employment and commercial litigation, and she leads the firm’s Employment law practice group. Her practice takes her into federal and state courts and before many administrative agencies. She is a frequent presenter and thought leader on employment issues and has been named one of the top 50 women attorneys in Illinois. Since 2005 she has represented Chuhak & Tecson as an active member of TMA and works with the organization to develop grant and scholarship opportunities for women where, to date, eight women have elected to use the awarded money for a variety of needs—from course tuition to equipment. Baran also leads the TMA steering committee for their HR Peer Group where she develops programming for the membership.
