Litigation Associate

Chuhak & Tecson P.C., a midsized Chicago law firm, is seeking a litigation associate with 3-5 years of civil litigation experience. This should include experience in court appearing on behalf of clients in contested matters and involvement in civil discovery to include drafting of discovery, review of documents for privilege and responsiveness, privilege log preparation and (ideally) experience deposing fact witnesses. The ability to perform legal research comprehensively and efficiently is a must. Individuals must have superior organizational skills and have demonstrated a high degree of attention to detail. Applicants should have excellent oral communication skills and excellent writing skills are essential. Writing samples, preferably of briefs or motions, are required to be considered for the position.
