Chuhak & Tecson principal Stacey Bromberg to present at National Business Institute estate planning seminar

Chuhak & Tecson principal Stacey Bromberg will speak at an estate planning seminar titled Estate Administration Procedures: Why Each Step is Important on Monday, May 7. The seminar, which takes place from 8 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. at the University Center in downtown Chicago, is intended for estate and financial planners and will cover topics such as opening estate accounts, understanding tax procedures and transferring jointly-held assets. From 8:30 to 9:15 a.m., Bromberg will speak on the foundations of estate administration, which includes understanding the various forms of administration and identifying probate and non-probate assets.

Bromberg, who concentrates her practice in Estate & Trust Administration & Litigation and Estate Planning & Asset Protection, represents clients in probate, guardianship and estate planning issues. She assists executors and administrators in all facets of estate administration and litigation, from opening estates and transferring assets to litigating claims, citations and will and trust contests.
