Two Chuhak & Tecson partners admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court

Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. has announced that two of its partners—Carri Conlon and Dennis Ferraro—are admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court as of June 1.

The Supreme Court of the United States, the highest judicial body in the United States, required that both attorneys obtain a certificate of good standing from an authorized official of the highest court in Illinois in addition to being endorsed by two attorneys already admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Conlon, a litigator since 1998, concentrates her practice in civil, commercial and employment litigation as well as insurance coverage and defense. She has conducted numerous successful jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations and mediations.

Ferraro heads the firm's medical malpractice defense litigation practice. A civil trial lawyer and appellate attorney, he handles trials and appeals in state and federal court, including medical malpractice, personal injury, attorney malpractice, broker liability, and general and products liability matters. He speaks frequently before groups of attorneys and doctors on risk management, professional negligence and litigation.

Conlon and Ferraro are now two of six attorneys at Chuhak & Tecson admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
