Chuhak & Tecson welcomes Anderson and Osborne; elevates Blewett and Shah

Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. is pleased to announce two new associates, Kurt Anderson and Elizabeth Osborne and the elevation of Evan Blewett and Sachin Shah from staff attorney to associate.

Kurt Anderson, a former architect, focuses his practice on banking and real estate. His previous experience includes representing corporations, privately held companies and middle market developers in matters related to acquisition, disposition, the leasing and financing of office buildings, industrial properties, commercial shopping centers and apartment buildings. His banking experience includes drafting and negotiating various type of lending transactions for banks and financial institutions.

Kurt attended The University of Illinois at Chicago where he received a bachelor’s degree in architecture and went on to get his J.D. and LL.M in Real Estate from The John Marshall Law School.

Elizabeth Osborne helps individuals and families achieve their financial goals with the least possible tax cost by focusing her practice on estate planning, asset protection and taxation. In addition, she has experience in general business and taxation matters for corporations, limited-liability companies and partnerships. She utilizes her knowledge as a licensed Illinois real estate broker to navigate corporate and real estate matters.

Elizabeth received both her undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and J.D. from Loyola University, Chicago.

Evan Blewett began as a law clerk at Chuhak & Tecson, became a staff attorney and is now an associate with a practice focused on real estate transactions, commercial litigation and corporate compliance. His practice spans both transactional and litigation work involving representation of corporate clients with an emphasis on regional and national banks.

Evan received both his bachelor's degree in political science and J.D. from DePaul University.

Sachin Shah is a newly elevated associate at Chuhak & Tecson. He has extensive knowledge in banking and creditor’s rights litigation and focuses his practice on the representation of financial institutions and other creditors in residential and commercial foreclosures, housing matters and administrative hearings.

Sachin attended the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, where he received his undergraduate degree in finance. He earned his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School.
