Chuhak & Tecson welcomes two new associates

           
                                                                                                           
                                Michael Debre and Lorien Schoenstedt recently joined the firm as associates.


Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. is pleased to welcome two new associates to the firm: Michael Debre and Lorien Schoenstedt.

Michael Debre, a former senior vice president of a Chicago commercial bank, joins Chuhak & Tecson’s banking group as an associate. He represents financial institutions on a nationwide basis in matters involving loan enforcement, insolvency, fraud, breach of contract, replevin, conversion and mortgage foreclosures.

Michael received an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Dayton and earned his J.D. from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Lorien Schoenstedt concentrates her practice on estate and trust administration and litigation, and estate planning and asset protection. Prior to becoming an associate, Lorien was a law clerk at Chuhak & Tecson for over two years. Her previous legal experience also includes a position as a legislative assistant for a governmental firm, serving as a senate intern assisting Indiana state senators and interning for the Will County Circuit Court.

Lorien attended Indiana University and received a bachelor’s degree in history. She earned her J.D. from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law where she simultaneously earned a Certificate in International and Comparative Law.
