Chuhak & Tecson, P.C., New York office welcomes Daniel Padernacht

Chuhak & Tecson, P.C., is pleased to announce that Daniel Padernacht, an attorney with considerable real estate and litigation experience, has joined the firm’s banking group in New York City.

A third-generation real estate professional, Padernacht counsels clients in the financing of properties, corporate formation and drafting of commercial leases. He represents the interests of secured creditors in commercial and residential workouts, banks and note holders in defensive litigation and secured and unsecured creditors in routine bankruptcy matters.

Padernacht holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Fairfield University. Prior to obtaining a juris doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School, he successfully managed a portfolio of multi-family properties in New York City. He also brokered the sale of commercial properties.

Padernacht complements the team of eight attorneys that support the New York office, which serves bank clients in the areas of real estate lease and purchase/sale transactions, loan documentation, workouts related to conventional and SBA products, bankruptcy and creditor’s rights, general corporate banking and commercial and consumer foreclosures.
