Chuhak & Tecson, P.C., is pleased to announce the elevation of two attorneys: David J. Feinberg, from principal to shareholder, and Meredith Pike, from associate to principal.

“David’s enthusiasm, superior client service and work ethic exemplify the values which continue to fuel the growth of the firm and enhance its stature in the legal and business communities,” said Andrew Tecson, president.

Feinberg, a graduate of Northwestern University School of Law, represents clients in the administration and litigation of probate, estate/trust and guardianship matters.

Feinberg currently leads the firm’s estate and trust administration and litigation practice group and is a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Council at Chuhak & Tecson. He previously served on the firm's recruitment, marketing, management and litigation committees.

A graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Pike is a litigator who focuses on employment law and construction litigation. She has been named an Illinois Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine from 2012 to 2016 and designated an Emerging Lawyer in 2015 and 2016.

“Meredith has worked on a wide array of complex litigation and achieved significant success for her clients,” Tecson said.

Tecson is optimistic the two attorneys will bring innovative ideas that will align with the firm’s goals for future growth.
