Chuhak & Tecson, P.C., New York office welcomes Adrienne Woods

Chuhak & Tecson, P.C., is pleased to announce that Adrienne Woods, an attorney with considerable bankruptcy and creditors’ rights experience, has joined the firm’s Banking Group in New York City.

With over a decade of bankruptcy experience, Woods represents individuals as well as business debtors and creditors through all phases of the bankruptcy process. This involves assisting with representations under Chapters 7 and 11 of the Bankruptcy Code; state debtor and creditor law; and out-of-court workouts and restructurings.

Woods received a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese and East Asian Art and Architecture from the University of Pittsburgh. Following the completion of her Juris Doctor from Fordham Law School in New York, she clerked for the Hon. Alan L. Gropper of the Southern District of New York Bankruptcy Court. After completing her clerkship, Woods continued to work in the field of bankruptcy law at two large law firms and as a bankruptcy legal analyst for Bloomberg before joining Chuhak & Tecson. 

Woods rounds out the firm’s team of nine attorneys licensed in New York, including David J. Bloomberg, Melissa A. Guseynov, Joshua S. Hyman, Michele K. Jaspan, Adam R. Moreland, Michael L. Moskowitz, Daniel Padernacht and Richard E. Weltman, plus Lindsey Paige Markus and Miriam R. Stein, whose New York admissions are currently pending.
