David Bloomberg addresses drone activity in Chicago Tribune

The use of drones is becoming more popular with community association residents and contractors across the country. Chuhak & Tecson principal David Bloomberg was quoted in a Chicago Tribune article focused on why boards may want to consider drone-related rules for their properties. Bloomberg, a condominium and common interest community association attorney, offered guidelines for association boards to consider as well as the reasons why he does not recommend an outright ban.
