Chuhak & Tecson principal James Stevens to present at the Illinois Chapter Community Associations Institute

Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. principal James Stevens will present at the discussion session titled “Hot Topics” held by the Illinois Chapter Community Associations Institute (CAI-Illinois) from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday, March 9, at Wintrust Mortgage in Rosemont.

Covering important industry issues such as contracting, collections in difficult situations, sale disclosure, reserve studies and lending, Stevens will provide attendees solutions to stay ahead of the game. Stevens has devoted his career to representing condominium and homeowners associations, advising on litigation and managing transactional matters. He uses his experience in community association law to give leaders and clients straightforward, friendly counsel, even after hours. In 2018 and again in 2019, Stevens was chosen by Leading Lawyers Magazine as one of the Top 100 Emerging Real Estate-Related attorneys in Illinois and has earned the ranking of Emerging Lawyer for four consecutive years.

CAI-Illinois serves the educational, business and networking needs of community associations in the Chicagoland area.
