Chuhak & Tecson's Zachary Beaver on panel at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology

On Aug. 21, Chuhak & Tecson, P.C.’s Zachary Beaver was one of three selected panelists who spoke at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology’s orientation for first-year evening students. Panelists answered questions and provided guidance on the importance of networking, including the types of networking activities available to students, avenues that have helped the most with the attainment of practical legal positions, the differences of clinics vs. externships and the difficulties associated with networking.

Beaver is an associate in Chuhak & Tecson’s Banking and Real Estate practice groups who works closely with both individuals and businesses to methodically craft innovative plans for his clients’ end goals. Having spent three years on active duty in the United States Army as an infantryman and nearly seven years as a state trooper with the Indiana State Police, Beaver brings a unique perspective to the firm and its clients. Due to his decade of public service, he understands people in a way that is empathetic, enabling him to focus on achieving real-world resolutions. In litigation and workout matters, he leverages this knowledge and these life experiences when counseling clients on banking and corporate-related issues.
