With more than 30 years of experience, Michele Jaspan is an effective litigator as well as a creative problem-solver. Always cognizant of her clients’ goals as well as their bottom lines, Michele endeavors to find productive and positive solutions rather than creating controversy or prolonging the litigation process.

She has extensive experience in commercial litigation and chapter 11 reorganizations, representing creditors and trustees as well as creditor committees. She also has a strong background in the area of foreclosure litigation.
Michele has demonstrated her litigation acumen since the earliest days of her practice.
