With nearly 25 years of legal experience, Principal Carri Conlon handles a wide range of matters for her clients. Her primary practice areas include general commercial litigation, insurance coverage and banking.

An experienced litigator, Carri is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the State of Illinois Supreme Court and the State of Wisconsin Supreme Court. She routinely handles cases across the country, frequently advocating for her clients’ interests in federal and state courts.

Carri’s clients benefit from her extensive legal experience. She has handled over 600 litigation cases including approximately 500 depositions, 50 mediations/arbitrations and 15 trials. Carri takes a hands-on approach to all of her cases, including supervising local counsel, hiring experts and devising strategies for obtaining favorable outcomes for her clients.

In addition to her litigation practice, Carri counsels individuals and businesses on insurance issues by reviewing existing insurance policies, performing risk assessments, and identifying necessary policy changes in order to seek maximum protection for her clients.

Further, Carri reviews, drafts and negotiates contracts and other legal documents for her clients. She takes the time to get to know each client in order to best guide them when they require legal assistance.

Carri currently serves as chair of Chuhak & Tecson’s Professional Education Committee and has served on several other committees including the Litigation Committee and as chair of the Associate/Law Clerk Oversight Committee. Additionally, Carri is a founding member of the firm's Women Helping Women Program.
