February 1, 2022

Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. is pleased to announce that Agnes A. Ptasznik, an associate in the firm’s Estate Planning & Asset Protection practice group, has presented a video program as part of the Polish American Chamber of Commerce’s (PACC) COVID-19 Small Business Support (CSBS) Program, in partnership with the City of Chicago. The video is titled “Video III: Covid-19 vaccination information from lawyer Agnieszka Ptasznik for employers and employees.” The video is in Polish.

One of the initiatives in this project has been to create PACC’s "COVID-19 Video Series" to inform the Polish community about the pandemic’s effects on businesses. This particular video presented by Ptasznik in the Polish language informs business owners about workplace safety and changes to the work environment during COVID-19. This is considered especially helpful because guidance for business owners is constantly changing. Providing this guidance to the business community in Polish is especially important.

The video will be posted on PACC’s website and on social media platforms, including Facebook. It will also be aired on Polvision, a major Polish media channel located in Chicago, watched by viewers from around the world. The video is free and accessible to the public. There is an English summary provided for non-Polish speaking viewers.

Ptasznik focuses her practice on assisting families and individuals in achieving their business and personal planning goals. She creates, develops and implements integrated and individualized estate plans and asset protection plans that provide peace of mind and long-term security. This allows her clients to protect and manage assets more effectively throughout their lives and beyond. Ptasznik can be reached at aptasznik@chuhak.com.
