Preparation and review of condominium and HOA loan documents

Our attorneys draw on their intimate knowledge of loan documents, derived from years of experience, to provide good counsel. We represent banks in drafting loan documents and consult with Boards on how best to meet projected expenditures by borrowing, using reserve funds or levying special assessments. If borrowing is in order, we can provide the lender with our opinion regarding the Association's borrowing capacity, and assist the Association Board in reviewing these documents.
