Contract renewal and preparation

An important aspect of advocating for our clients is preparing and drafting contracts and agreements which clearly and succinctly capture the terms and conditions of a transaction and most importantly manage and protect our clients' risk and liability. Our attorneys have a broad array of experience in all types of manufacturing, supplier, distribution and service-provider industries and practices to structure an agreement that is both fair and protective of our clients' interests. Our approach is to prepare agreements to facilitate a transaction. Contract preparation often involves renewing and extending existing contracts. Our attorneys' focus takes the same approach to preparing and structuring contract renewals so as to limit and address prior issues and concerns of our clients' relationship with the other party to the agreement.
