Corporate governance and corporate law

The firm attorneys advise boards of directors and executives regarding requirements under applicable corporate statutes and case law. Issues related to fiduciary duties, duties of loyalty and avoidance of conflict of interests are part of the firm's practice. We also advise with respect to creation and maintenance of corporate compliance committees, audit committees and other committees which are in line with best practices for corporate transparency.
