Assistance with licensing, certification and accreditation

Chuhak & Tecson represents physicians, hospitals and other healthcare provider organizations in the consultation and preparation of various documents necessary to obtain licensures and certificates with various local, state and federal agencies. After conferring with our clients, our attorneys will prepare the necessary documents, submit the documents for review, and attend any meetings necessary to process the application. Our attorneys are able to advise clients on areas of concern and negotiate with the agency based upon the various rules and regulations that must be complied with in order to obtain approval. During this process, we will assist the client and make recommendations of revising and restructuring the legal entity and/or transaction to accomplish a favorable approval.
