Certificate of Need applications to state regulatory agencies

The firm assists providers in analyzing the "Certificate of Need" statute and regulations issued by the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Board. When projects require a permit from the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Board, our attorneys assist the applicant in completing the application and submitting it to the planning board. The firm also will represent the applicant before the planning board in making the presentation seeking the permit.
