Contract negotiation

The firm works with its clients to review and negotiate a wide array of contracts. These range from software licensing agreements, medical equipment and supply agreements, management service and consulting agreements, construction contracts, architect agreements, professional services agreements, employment agreements, insurance policies and coverage issues and lease agreements (both as a landlord and a tenant). Depending on the nature of the client and the contract, our attorneys will review compliance with Medicare requirements, Stark rules, tax exempt bond requirements, HIPAA requirements and other laws.
