Employment issues

Chuhak & Tecson assists its clients in preparing employment agreements, deferred compensation agreements and other documents which set forth the terms and conditions of employment for the employees of various healthcare provider organizations. The employment agreements set forth the terms and conditions of compensation (salary and fringe benefits), duties and obligations, possible noncompetition restrictions, severance payments due to voluntary and involuntary termination, death, disability or retirement. In addition, our attorneys advise our clients concerning various compensation arrangements and formulas, including deferred compensation plans, to compensate key employees upon termination of employment. Our lawyers also represent and advise clients concerning employee/employer disputes regarding alleged discrimination or other violations of employment law.
