Our healthcare attorneys assist clients in negotiating and closing mergers and acquisitions. The Firm is active with transactions involving physician practices, CCRC and senior care facilities and hospitals. We are involved with all aspects of negotiation of letters of intent, conduct of due diligence, negotiation of definitive agreements, and closing of the transactions.
