The firm's healthcare attorneys assist hospitals in compliance with the Stark and Internal Revenue Service requirements related to physician recruitment. This includes an analysis of whether the need for physicians exists within the service area and whether the physician being recruited fits within certain safe harbors under this regulatory scheme.
