Professional licensing/ disciplinary representation

Chuhak & Tecson represents physicians and other professional healthcare providers in cases of professional licensing disciplinary representation by assessing the complaint and the person filing the complaint. We will contact the legal entity governing the physician, which in the state of Illinois is the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations. We accompany our clients to meet with the governing entity, file all necessary documentation with that entity, and negotiate on behalf of our clients. Once the determination is made by the entity, we work with our clients to assure the matter is not only resolved, but the client's medical licensing is maintained and the matter is finalized to our client's satisfaction.
