Intellectual property

Chuhak & Tecson attorneys have experience pursuing and defending copyright and trademark infringement cases as well as unfair competition and confidentiality claims in federal and state courts as well as private arbitration actions before the American Arbitration Association and other private dispute resolution organizations. We have been involved in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, on issues involving trademark application or cancellation issues. Our attorneys have argued intellectual property issues before federal appeals courts, and a group of its attorneys are admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit which has subject matter jurisdiction over certain intellectual property cases, including trademark cases.
